A childhood favorite of mine, Corned Beef Hash and Fried eggs.
I omitted my normal potato additions, but kept the onions and tomatoes in the corned beef. If you look closely, I managed to make the ever rare, double-twin egg pair. That's right! Two eggs, four yolks, son. I went out after this and immediately bought a lottery ticket.
